Horn sound when hot tap is turned on

We keep getting a horn like sound from the pipe when we turn on the hot taps in both upstairs bathroom (mostly from here on shower and sink) and in the kitchen sink. It happens when we first turn it on, and we have to turn the pressure down for it to stop and slowly turn it up and then it's fine

we had the boiler serviced recently

"It is usually caused by a faulty tap or valve, if you've got a dripping tap it might be the offender."

"Hello, sounds like it could be a couple of different things could be washers at each tap which causes vibration when using them which will make a horn like sound. Also could be loose pipework but that's normally a loud banging noise.

Hopefully this helps"

"Possibly the washers on your taps, need changing.
Wouldn’t have anything to do with your boiler service."

"If its an unvented system then this will be the expansion vessel which hasn't been set at the incoming water main pressure."

"it might be the taps themself if they are full turn (washers in side) that can make the horrible sounds"
