Which takes longer, a hip to gable loft conversion or a dormer loft conversion?

"There's not really alot in it to be fair they can both structurally be done in 1 day and finished within a week or two but the floor structure needs to be done first ideally and with the right team a hip 2 gable plus a dormer can both be done in that same day with alot of effort and planning"
