Enamel bucket sink for cloakroom

I like the look of an enamel bucket sink and think it will work well in our little cloakroom but I'm worried it will chip. Are they prone to chipping when knocked?

No the enamel on these sinks are very well made and will not chip at all.

Hello I've installed many on commercial industrial jobs they are hard wearing and come with a grate over the top and your cleaners bucket sits on their and your hot and cold taps over the top and your waste pipe underneath thanks Vince sealaleak plumbing and heating 👍

yes like any porcelain or enamel you have to be very careful fitting it once fitted should be fine

Anything can chip if you look after the sink it will out last the current fashion and you will probably change it before it really needs changing

Anything enamel is prone to chipping you will have to be careful when using it .idea don’t leave anything in the cloakroom that could be dropped on the sink👍

The answer to your question is no a quality bucket sink will come with a turned rim to the front edge the sink is usually fitted with a wall mounted basin mixer it might pay you to look on Yorkshire Design Associates website hope this has helped
