And if there is some extras they need to let you know before and not at the final bill.

"It really is relative but I would expect any change in price due to extra work should be ran by you prior as this may happen due to discovered problems but they shouldnt start increasing the price for work that has already been quoted."

If an unknown issue is discovered during the work it should be discussed with the client To resolve any costs.
On my quotations I always state that sanding sheets, fillers, and cleaning materials, are inclusive."
