How much does a wall mural cost?

Want a mural in my son's bedroom, just the one wall. What do artists charge for this?

it will depend on the size of wall as well as subject matter , the actual mural Artist employed to do mural as well as the existing condition of substrate/wall to be painted ! some mural painters will advise you to use a specific decorator to do all prep/base coats where others want to do all that themselves some will give you a ballpark price as to M2 of mural & any decent mural artist will insist on doing a control sample on a board of say 500mm x 500mm dependant on subject /detail required in mural.
