DIY Vs professional shed construction

How do I know whether it’s okay to put together a shed DIY and when it should be done by a carpenter? I’ve average DIY skills with a bit of experience of a few jobs here and there around the house.

"If they are pre-assembled walls it is only a case of holding the parts together and screwing them secure (a helper is obviously an advantage!) most sheds sold at DIY merchants are easy construction for the average novice. If you want it more of a garden room then there is slightly more to it to keep it warm and cosy and more usable for that kind of thing."

"DIY sheds usually come "flatpack" with all the fixing points pre drilled and ready to assemble. If you feel confident enough to have a go and have a flat base to put it on , then go for it. Hope this was helpful. Cheers. Tony at ASJ CARPENTRY AND JOINERY."
