Cost to replace a Velux window

One of our Velux roof windows is cracked and leaking slightly around the frame. How much does it cost to have one replaced like-for-like by a roofer?

From a roofing point of view in the UK, a like-for-like Velux replacement normally lands somewhere around £750 to £1,300 all in, depending on size, access and what’s needed on the roof.

A standard centre-pivot Velux in an existing opening is usually the cheaper end if it’s a straight swap, no rotten timber, no scaffold and no internal plastering needed.
