cost of converting an attic space of roughly 45 square metres into a bedroom

My house has a loft space of approximately 45 square metres. I would like to have it fully converted into an attic bedroom. How much would this cost?

"It depends on the materials and the builder, however, roughly the cost between £1k to £1.5k."

"The basic needs of the loft conversion based on the size given are estimated around 6-8 thousand, but additional costs would include the staircase to the attic, flooring, painting, lights and sockets etc."
