Cost for installing Victorian wall panelling

How much would it cost to install 900mm high Victorian wall paneling in a room that's 3m x 4.5m? I'd like to keep the existing skirting boards.

    It would be just labour
Depending on the carpenter you have come and do the job
See if he will arrange a decent day rate to stick to will bring down the cost alittle
Myself if I was to depending on fixing the panels 4-5 days"
