Window Lintel Work
I have noticed a line of bricks above the 2nd floor window are about 1cm from the layer directly above, does this requiring a lintel? Is this a big job, how long does it take. Should a bricklayer or window specialist do the work, finally would it be best to have both windows on the same level have new lintels added. Will I need planning permission to have a garden observatory installed? I’ve been searching online and I have found one that I’m interested in. I’m considering having one fitted with a height of 2.5 metres. Is this the sort of job that can be done without planning permission or will I require approval? How to fix a window locking mechanism
