Bathroom upgrade
Hello I’m interested in an answer on a question: I recently posted a job request for a bathroom upgrade with a fair amount that I would be happy to pay so why am I finding it so difficult to find a plumber? This is not the only site I have looked for a plumber on . I’m in London so I thought it should be easy. Does anyone have an idea as to why this could be ? I have already had 2 plumbers round to quote and they have gone cold without giving a quote on the job .. Any suggestions as to what I might be doing wrong? Thank you
Banging pipes
There is a banging sound coming from the pipes in my house. It happens often enough. What could be causing this issue? Is it something that ought to be fixed or is it just an annoyance that is doing no real damage? If it needs to be fixed, how much might it cost?
Water leak in overflow pipes
I’ve had one of the tanks in my attic moved and now we have a leak in the overflow pipe, there is a small u joint between the pipe coming from the tank to the pipe going outside under the eaves. The water is dripping from the u bend, the pipes r all plastic ..? How can I fixed a leak in the overflow pipes, please?

Filling Loop letting by
Hi All. I have a glowworm flexicom cx24 boiler and the filling loop is letting by slowly, I have check by unscrewing the loop slightly and confirmed it. How do I remediate this without changing the valves completely? Is there a cap I can put on the valve after I remove the filling loop? The lock off for the filling loop in on the valve itself. Both valves are in the locked off position. Any help would be great, thanks.
Taking down wall between toilet and bathroom cost?
Looking to turn my separate toilet and bathroom into one room there is tiling the one side of the wall along with a radiator. Wanted to know the cost of removing the wall and what the cost would be to redo the bathroom also, room would be small to medium size ,thanks.
