How long can tin of paint be left open?
How long can I leave a half opened tin of gloss paint before it dries up?

will I need to plaster all the walls as when I removed the old paper bits of the wall came away? thank you.
Painting a wall without leaving marks
Will it be noticeable if I paint half a wall one day and the rest the next day? Or will there be a noticeable line?
Paint over dry caulk
I have caulked between the French doors and edges of the walls in my dining room, however when putting emulsion over it once it is fully dry, the paint almost disappears into a watery type texture. I presume this is due to moisture? I fi were to put primer/ undercoat over the top to act as a sealant, then reapply the emulsion once fully dry, would this do the trick?
