  • License for small garden vinyeard

Do you need a license or other special approval to set up a small vineyard in your back garden? What sort of lessons or such should I undertake if I wanted to go down this road so that I can get all the knowledge and skills I need to safely produce wine (if allowed at all)?

Will marijuana production for personal consumption be legal in London soon?

I've heard that London may legalise marijuana. If this happens, how would someone in London get legal permission to grow marijuana for personal use? Or will it all be for very specific regulated companies. Don't worry, I'm just curious to learn for now till and if it is legalised and more is announced!

New patio partly going over exsisting path.

I have had wheelchair accessable paths put in my garden but would now like to have a patio area that will go over one of the exsisting paths and onto the current grass area. Its it better to concrete onto the grass so its all level or pave over the path and then onto where the grass is? On a limited budget so looking for best options as dont want the new patio sinking below the path or causing issues. Removing the path is not an option and must be incorperated.

    How to lay artificial grass?

Can someone advise me on how easy it is to lay artificial grass myself? I would need to dig up a smallish back yard which is currently paved with slabs and install the fake grass in an area of roughly 15ft x 20ft. Or is it possible to lay artificial grass on concrete? I’m not worried about the cost for artificial grass so much but is it possible to complete the job on my own in a day and what's the best way do that?
