I have recently moved home so at the moment trying to get back on my feet. Hi I live in a council house all door frames and skirting’s are metal they are unsightly as some are rusting is there a way where they can be covered I.e putting skirting over top of existing and solution for door frames as on budget appreciate any help given Thanks
