Fitted wardrobe removal cost

We've just moved into a 1980s house and the main bedroom has floor to ceiling fitted wardrobes along one wall, mirrored doors, the lot. We want them gone before the decorator comes. What would removal and disposal cost? And we don't know either if we need to replaster first?

It would depend a bit on the size and complexity but I would expect that to cost approximately £180 for the labour involved and around £50-100 for waste removal. Plastering would add to this ofcourse but I'm not a professional plasterer so couldn't give an estimate on that.

All depends on size and it would more than likely just need light filling form where excess holes were but once again all depends on what's going on with the state of the walls prior to fitting of wardrobes

The wardrobes are usually screwed/fixed to the walls. I would simply rip them out and the painters will fill the small holes left behind.

Hi Asa hope your well.  Just removed a similar one. In Winchester.  Solid 1970' s wooden floor  to ceiling wardrobes.   After timbers taken out some plaster works etc. That price was £1575.00. Depending on size of your wardrobes etc ?
