Can EPDM rubber be tiled?

Hi, I’m curious as to whether it’s possible to have a roofer tile over EPDM rubber roofing or not? Thanks for your time.

"No you can’t tile over I am PDM rubber roof as it won’t last"

"It’s not something I would do tbh I would strip and do the job properly if you cut corners you will always find lose ends what sort of roof is it house garage etc also can I ask y you want to tile over it rather than to strip it kind regards james golby admiral roofing and building contractors l t d please feel free to give me a call to discuss"
