"No regs on minimum height in room but a guideline is 2.1m or over. Only reg is stairs at a minimum head height of 2m"

It is the 'Technical housing standards – nationally described space standard' that states that the minimum floor to ceiling height is 2.3m for at least 75% of the Gross Internal Area (GIA).
