Best way to get rid of dandelions

What's the best way to stop dandelions repeatedly regrowing? Some of them are growing where it's hard to get all of the roots.

"Dig out roots, be persistent, and cover the area with a weed suppressant fabric or a organic mulch."

"Hi
Best way to get rid of them to apply weedkiller.
Roundup doing good job.
Removing them by hand always leave small parts of the roots in the ground so they grow back straight away"

"Weedol or if they're in the garden dig out the roots or some sort of brush killer. Alternatively a good lawn treatment and let your grass out grow them"

"Glyphosate is the best way. Get a spray bottle of round up from a garden centre. One spray and in a couple of weeks they will be gone for good."

"The problem with dandelions is that they have a taproot the same as a carrot., if you do not dig the whole root out they will regrow. Further to this if they are allowed to seed they will grow in abundance, they must be controlled early in the season (March-April) with a systemic weed killer
System means works it’s way through the plant killing it all.if the weed killer comes into contact with any other plant it will kill that too"
