"For interior trim work that will be painted, a good option for caulk is a paintable latex caulk. It is easy to work with, dries quickly, and can be painted over once dry. It also tends to be more flexible than other types of caulks, which is important for areas that may experience some expansion and contraction. Additionally, latex caulk is easy to clean up with water, which makes it a popular choice for DIYers. Be sure to choose a high-quality caulk that is specifically designed for painting to ensure a long-lasting finish"

"ORDINARY CAULK IS THE EASIEST TO USE- YOU CAN SANDPAPER IT PRIOR TO PAINTING. FLEXIBLE CAULK IS DIFFICULT TO PAINT OVER"
