    What are the advantages and disadvantages of prime grade wood flooring? When would it be most suited to use?

    "The disadvantage is cost, solid wood flooring ie oak is double in price than other flooring, it is the most durable, other options is engineered oak flooring which is ply based which is also more than substantial for domestic property and cheaper"
