Access to neighbours roof

Can my neighbours use my roof to access their solar panels as they want to bird proof them? The side of their solar panels that is closest to my house is on the roof boundary.

"In some cases it might be nessercery togo on to the neighbours property for a short period of time just to get the job finished due to acess issues or somthing but they should always give u a knock and explain and ask 1st to see if its ok or your customer should give them a heads up 1st 👍"

"I would allow access but have an agreement in writing that if any damage is caused by the access it will be the neighbours that cover the cost."

"Dear Julian, you may grant permission for them to access via your roof, if you are happy to do so. If not , you are under no obligation to do so. However, I would strongly recommend that any damages associated with their access, is agreed in writing. Kind regards, Juniper Roofing Ltd."
