Which Freeview box comes with the most channels and most HD channels?
Could you please advise me as to what product could be used to bung up the hole/s, in the cement, under the fascia, of my roof? Which would set hard, and be rat-proof. Rats have climbed up the drain pipe, to crawl into the hole, and entered the roof space. I need to deal with the problem quickly. Would I need scaffolding, as opposed to a ladder? It is in an awkward place. I have posted a job, but no one has got back to me, so I am considering doing it myself. Is there any kind of guard, that could be put around the drainpipe? To stop the rat/s from climbing up it.
We have a typical 50's built semi with a blockwork half wall instead of spindles on the stairs. We would like to change this to spindles and bannister. Is it a job for an experienced DIYer? If not, roughly how much would it cost to get in a tradesperson?
I keep seeing both terms used but not sure if they’re the same thing or not?

Hello, I got some timber decking installed and treated in 2015 and was given a 10 year guarantee. After some issues I tried to get in touch with the installer and have found that they have gone into liquidation. Is there anything that can be done in this situation? I'm not even sure where to start?
I'm having a new room created in a bedroom and wanted to know if I should go all the way down to the floor with the plasterboards?
I want to replace a horizontal radiator (I think it is 600×1200 Type 11 → ~4,000 BTU) with a vertical double radiator (probably Urban Vertical Radiator – Anthracite – Double Panel – 1800 × 532 m BTU around 6,000). I had an extension build which is open to the kitchen and it is too cold in winter (total cubic meters 40 for kitchen plus 20 for extension). The house is three storeys and the upper floors are already too hot. Modern Ultracom Condensing Boiler. Is this a viable plan?
