    Hi We found out our house had a rat problem after purchasing it. the issue is now fixed and we would like our bathroom refurbished but don't know how to get the area under the floor cleaned and protected against future infestations. Our local pest company can clean the area but cant remove the bathroom suite or lift and replace the old floorboards. Are there any companies that will do the whole thing?
