Level a sloped floor

Please can anyone give me some advise ive moved in to an old property and have extensive repairs however after lifting the carpet we have noticed a slope in the floor we want to lay flooring but laminate wood and vynyl will not be suitable until leveled. What option / cheapest option to level this floor.

"It would depend on the sub floor of it's concrete it can be screeded, if it's floorboards that can be plywood over then screeded."

"Any concrete floor can be leveled by screeding with sand/cement mix.....and slower slopes can be levelled with levelling compound or a combonation of the two methods.
Presuming you have existing conctete floors.

Wooden floors can also be levelled by carpentry work."
