    • Remove toilet fix uneven floor boards

    Plumber we used in 2023 rushed and done a poor job bodged everything. I told him the patchwork old and new floor boards are uneven heights. Told him I’d bought new floorboards to make good of floor, to which he didn’t use. He didn’t listen, no pride in his work. He chipped the edges when bodging my brandnew waterproof laminate. No expansion gap. So the toilet sits on wobbly uneven floor. The new flooring is creaking moving so water can ingress into the gaps. Tiny bathroom 1.5 m square. Floorboard area to replace make good is roughly 1 metre square which the toilet sink combination sits on. Flooring underneath bath area isn’t affected probably ok. How much should I pay to take out toilet, fit new section of floorboards refit relay the plastic laminate refit plum the toilet back in ? Are there any plumbers with carpentry flooring skills experience near oldbury ?

    Induction hob fitment to replace a gas hob

    How much might it cost to install a 30 amp fuse for an induction hob? We have a spare position for this on the board which incidentally is the same one since the house was built (2000) The circuit board is in the garage which has a door leading into the kitchen.     Are there any harmless products that I can spray on a carpet to deter my dog from peeing on it? He’s been toilet trained well but once in a while he just gets a bit hyper and sometimes pees on the floor and I don’t think he’s going to change. I’d like to find a product that could achieve the effect of making him not do this. Is there even a product for this? And I’d like one that’s harmless to people, my dog and the carpet.
