The garage floor is composed of block paving, would it be possible to install a concrete floor on top, or would they need lifting? Would a damp proof membrane be required?

Painting a masonary wall surrounding my patio

Hi, 👋 have a garden wall and steps surrounding my patio. It’s rendered and I painted it white last year with brush, took me two days 😔 it needs cleaning up after the winter so I’m going to use my karcher and plan to use a masonary roller. Any quick ways to cut in between the bottom of the wall and patio? Or do I need to use a brush again?
