    Loft internal wall damp

    Please can someone help, we have a dormer and the internal wall shared with the neighbour (semi detached) where the chimney used to be appears to have a damp patch half way up the wall and no leak or water/damp anywhere else.     Painting twenty fence boards in London

    I have twenty fence boards in my garden that need to be painted. I am located in London. How much will it cost me to hire a professional painter to perform this job? Also, I have a pet dog who loves to spend time in the garden? We can keep her inside when the paint job is taking place but once painting is finished, how long after should we wait before letting her back outside? She’s very curious so I’d just be worried that she might start sniffing it or taste it just after a fresh coat of paint has been added!
