Extend my kitchen

Question

Extend the kitchen in my restaurant, remove one of the plaster walls and we want to extended further in the front so it gives us more space in the kitchen.
How much will be the cost?

Totally depends on the size of the wall, whether lights or light switches need to be moved, when the work can be done, if it has to be done at night then it will probably cost more

Impossible to quote without seeing the job.   Would need to assess  if  there’s  existing pipe work/electrics to move. How big 
the wall is that needs removing? Is it stud work or brickwork? If brickwork has it been confirmed it’s not load bearing as a structural calculation would be needed for a sufficient steel if it is etc etc.

Depending on lay out and if any walls are load baring walls and size of kitchen area you want to extend as it will have to be to regulations

Hi it all depends on if it’s a supporting wall or not it also depends on the length of the wall and height it’s very hard to price this without seeing the wall itself

Hi, without seeing the jobs it’s hard to quote, is it a support wall will it need a steel, how big does it need extended is it brick,block,stone?

Without looking guessing price average standard wall complete finish wall removal around £1500 depends if it needs structural engineers calculations and building regs
