"Yes as long as they are covered under their insurance policy and you have a written contract in agreement"

"We have carried out domestic tenants end of contract cleaning and cleaning with working customers and painting work and we are trustworthy enough to be left alone and lock up the property, we have a lot of regular customers and they know its safe to live us there but we started with no one knowing us so we earned the trust over time and we were all CRB checked with certificates availability and fully insured with public liability insurance!"

"Hi Jenny,
thanks for your question. Yes, our cleaners lock up when they have completed the job. Regular cleans provide us with a key unless they have a key safe. For a one-off job if you aren't at the property the cleaners can lock up & post the keys back for you.
Kind regards,

"Yes, they can. This again is down to personal preference and trust."

"It all depends on the customer and whether they feel comfortable in leaving the cleaner with that responsibility, and also whether the cleaner feels comfortable with that responsibility. It would have to be discussed between the client and the cleaner."

"No, because it's not their responsibility and business.
Only the person who has the property"
