  • japanese knotweed issues

Are you obliged to hire a professional if there is Japanese knotweed in your garden? I do not have this issue as of now but a neighbour had a problem with it before and I’ve heard of a few other people in the area experiencing issues with Japanese knotweed so I thought I would ask in advance should it happen to appear in my back garden. What else must I do in this scenario? I am aware of course that you must not cut it but what else must I do and must I not do if it ever pops up?

Can I put a toilet on the front wall of my house?

I am hoping to move around some of the rooms in a house I just bought, and I wanted to move the bathroom to the front of the house. If the toilet is on the same wall as my front door, will I need a waste pipe at the front of my house? I’m hoping there are other options!

I don’t have an emergency right now but just wondering, who could I contact if a plumbing emergency arose, and especially if it happened at all hours, like four in the morning? Would just be good to know in case. You can never be too safe! Thank you!
