    cost of fitting bamboo flooring for a 15 square metre room in Manchester

    I am considering having a bamboo flooring laid down for a 15 square metre room in place of carpet. I am based in Manchester and I’d like to know the estimated price tag I can expect to pay to have professional flooring fitters complete this installation work? How much might the actual bamboo floorboards cost? I’d like a high-quality product but nothing exceptionally dear, if possible. How about the labour costs? And what sort of waste disposal expense am I looking at paying for the removal of my current flooring? Is this something that can be dealt with by the contractors under the bill they give me? Or will I need to hire a third party company?

    If you have CCTV installed and take measures to improve home security, to what extent does this impact on insurance? If there was a burglary, if you had security are you more likely to have a favourable insurance offering since you’ve done more to protect your home or does it not work this way?     Back boiler replacement

    I’m looking to buy a property that had a back boiler and replacing this with a combi. The kitchen backs onto the fireplace so hoping it wouldn’t be too much of a job to relocate the boiler. The house has no gas heaters but obviously the house is connected to the gas through the back boiler. I know that prices will vary; but is there a rough costing for this? It’s a three bed house. Sadly I can’t get a gov grant as I don’t qualify. Any help will be appreciated in terms of potential cost to expect and also is it best to get radiators installs first and then replace boiler?
