Recently moved in to a new house. The property is approx 4 years old and we have found Silver Fish! How do I get rid of them ? We have done everything the we found on line and bought some powder and spray but we sill have them ? I know that they cant hurt you but they're freaking the wife out !

I have caulked between the French doors and edges of the walls in my dining room, however when putting emulsion over it once it is fully dry, the paint almost disappears into a watery type texture. I presume this is due to moisture? I fi were to put primer/ undercoat over the top to act as a sealant, then reapply the emulsion once fully dry, would this do the trick?
Just how secure are Wi-Fi-enabled security alarms? I am considering having one fitted at my home but I am not sure how prone these sorts of alarms are to being hacked.
I've got an old oak tree that's dying. It has a preservation order on it. Will a tree surgeon be able to work with me to stabilise it for as long as possible and guide me on replacing it when the time comes? The tree is on open land, so it's no real danger to people.
