Which gravel is best for driveways?

What's the best type of gravel to use on my driveway? What's the best to drive on and nice to look at?

"An even.mix.of 10mm & 20mm washed gravel is good but the key thing is to keep the doundation.atine high and the surface gravel thin at 35mm in.depth maximum."

"Most MOT is good enough aslong as the levels are right I would also recommend marshal 600x600 slabs witch are very tough good for maintenance and cheap with a block boarder hope this helps"

"I would suggest that crushed limestone or granite would be best and it looks nice when it has been rained on to as it brings out the colour of the aggregate"
