Garden Renovation for Artificial Turf
firstly,the job was completed to the way he wanted, not the way i required. I asked for a flat lawn, but obviously he can't read a spirit level. He also had my wife crying on the phone as he demanded a further £360 to cover another days wages for his workers as his material delivery was 6hrs late,so he would have to come back for another day.( not my problem) jso this payment was refused by my wife and I, to which he replied, no payment he will not finish the job. My wife was very upset to think that we had 3 dumpies on the road outside our house. She decided to make the payment. To me this is nothing short of blackmail. With regards to the work, before laying the grass he put down a membrane to stop the weeds, but did not have enough, so he made up the shortfall by cutting up dumpy bags. The grass should have been removed with a turf remover, he used a spade and all the removed grass and soil was dumped where my patio was to go. After raking it all flatish it was compacted ready for the pavers. They were told that the pavers were to go down using 4 x 450 x 450 pavers from the perimeter wall, which should have given me a patio of a width of 1.8mtrs, what I have is a patio of approx 1.5mtrs. Yet again, do the job how they wanted, and not to the specification given by the customer. To sum up BUTLERS LANDSCAPING should not be in this line of business, the boss is aggressive and a bully with no consideration for customer satisfaction.

Small Garden Weeding and Tidy Up
Very good quite pleased. Ryan and his partner came about 3pm, looked at job gave me a quote and got on with it there and then. Excellent never stopped and nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend.
