Very prompt initial responses from all three firms, but whilst Dum..... made three appointments to visit us, He/they didn't keep any of them - no apology either. wasted 2 whole Saturdays and one Monday evening waiting in. Not at all impressed. the others were very clear, pleasant and helpful - credit to them.
