When to cut new turf?

Turf has been down just over a week. Is it ready to cut or should I just wait a bit longer?

"Wait until 3 weeks. Normally its is 3 to 4 weeks. 1 week is too early."

"Two things are happening here , The roots are taking to the ground and this is done within the growth of the grass, I would leave cutting for at least a month."
