What's the minimum charge for a handyman?

Do tradespeople ever charge less than an hour’s work or is an hour of labour basically the minimum by default?

"It depends on the tradesmen my charges go from a hole price job or if it's multiple jobs I might do it as a hole price as sometimes it's cheaper but for small jobs I keep to a small charge"

"Normally you charge for 1 hour as this covers the job and travelling time
This is the thing most customers never think about but unfortunately is a big factor especially as the fuel prices are rising beyond belief"

"Usually, this would be the minimum charge if you take into account the time taken to come out for the job as well as the fuel cost."

"That's quite a wide-ranging question(Depending on your field of expertise)-A min of an hour is the usual "Charge" as this covers the Tradesmen's movement and Labour/assessment of a situation."

"An hour at the least I would say, you have to take into account, travel time and cost, not really worth it if you're just getting paid for less than an hour. Best to bundle several jobs together, 2-3 hrs work"
