Excellent individual with thorough trade knowledge. Who took the time to help explain to the homeowner what was needed and why. He even took 15 min to help advise on a additional part of the project elsewhere in the property. Adding to that his knowledge on other matters of household maintenance I would recommend him to friends and family. And will get in contact should I need additional work done in the future.
