What's the best type of white radiator paint?

What’s the best white radiator paint that will stand the test of time? I’ve never done this before, but my radiators definitely need touching up

Scrape off any flaking paint. Give it a light rub down with medium grit sand paper, then 2 coats of hammerite radiator paint. I think the satin finish is nicer, but you can get it in gloss too.

If I had to pick one “best general-purpose” product, I’d go with Ronseal Stays White Radiator Paint (satin or gloss depending on how shiny you want). It strikes a good balance of durability, whiteness retention, ease of application, and cost.

If you want more “top-end” or want to match a finish (eg more gloss, or very low odour), Johnstone’s or Rustins are excellent.
