What does a wheelchair ramp cost to install?

My mum's moving in with us and there are three steps up to the front door. Is a concrete ramp or a modular one cheaper and are there any grants for this sort of thing?

Hi June. I hope you are well.  It depends on many things.  If someone is receiving benefits  . Also you can ask occupational therapy to contribute.  However in my experience.  You will have to pay. My mum had a stroke as im working i had to pay for all adaptations to our house.
I would go modular that fits over steps.  If you fit a concrete slope its permanent.  
Try local support for them to supply modular platform over steps.
