What costs did you incur for house extension work?

Costs for extensions vary across counties. What did you pay for stuff like single storey, garage, conservatory, etc?

"Every local council is different, it's best to contact the planning permission to see if you need it or not.
An extension would put more money on your house than a conservatory."
