The contract was to complete in seven weeks, five months later the work was still not finished. The brickwork was poor and many gaps had to be filled before rendering. The inner wall is not straight, out by 7cm. The work surfaces have cracks at the inner corners with laminate now missing. He damaged the side panels on the cupboards and I have had to buy more, one is still in place with a 6cm crack in it. The tiles above the sink were chipped below the window and had to be replaced. He constantly lied about when he would next visit the site to continue with the work. We are now in the process of finishing the work and repairing the poor workmanship that has completed.
