Water trickling out of tap

My cold tap only produces a trickle of water when I turn it on. All the other taps in the house are fine. What could be the problem?

"Hello, the problem will either bea blockage in the pipework to the tap or the tap insides have corroded. You might require a new tap. Hope this helps"

"This could either be a tap body that needs replacing or if a flexi hose is fitted it may be blocked by the small filter inside

"The cartridge in the tap or the head that turns out ruined inside.

So it's just turning the head and not actually opening the tap."
