Gary is a wonderful person. He came 5 minutes early and greeted me with a smile, reassured me that the job is going to be done in no time. He is very friendly and good at his job. He knows what he is doing and gets on with it without wasting any time. I am very happy with the service I have received from Gary. If I ever need a plumber again, I now know who to call????

Great guy, friendly and efficient. He was honest as he could have earned more by replacing the whole tank but found the problem and fixed it quickly. He also cleaned up after himself. Highly recommended.
