Wallpaper border tips

I've bought a few rolls of border wallpaper to try instead of a dado rail. How do you make sure you stick it on straight? Is there a knack?

"You should make a level line on your wall with pensil. Then run your first piece of paper along side the level line, then continue on from the first hung piece."

"Hi there, using a pencil lightly mark out the height you’d like to install it and from that marking, take a level and carefully mark your straight line lightly in pencil all the way round until you’ve joined the two ends.
Enjoy!"

"Most ceilings are not straight so use a tape measure from the ceiling and mark the same measurements on the wall. You can use a level afterwards to make sure it’s straight.
Use a pencil and mark on the wall where your going to place the wallpaper 😊"
