Vinyl tiles bubbling up

My vinyl tiles are bubbling up. What's causing it and can it be fixed?

"Bubbles in vinyl flooring form when moisture gets trapped between the vinyl and the subfloor. Even the best vinyl floors can form bubbles due to moisture. This moisture can come from the following: High indoor humidity or dampness."

If your floor was latexed primed before hand
What type of vinyl tile you have down
What was the adhesive used and what knotch trowel was used to spread the adhesive
And has it been fitted properly"

"It's probably a bad chemical reaction between the compounds. You should remove the affected tiles, clean very well the floor under them and glue new tiles with appropriate glue for vynil than"

"Could be moisture if it's on concrete. moisture in the slab rising. There are epoxy resin based 'surface damp proof membranes' that you can put underneath a coat of smoothing compound to prevent moisture reaching the vinyl tiles."
