"It would be around the £5000 mark due to access and have to work off a ladder"

"Hello. I would estimate between £850 and £1,150 for materials and labour. We are a small buisness though. Just 2 tradesmen. If it were a bigger company there would be overheads and you'd probably pay double. Sometimes more. Some companies wouldn't do it without a scaffold either due to health and safety reasons. That would add an extra £300-£800 depending on the height and where the job is. All these prices are based on my area and your price could be more or less depending on which part of the country your from."

"Depending on what you want to put in. Either Zinc which would be the cheapest solution or you could go for lead, ball park price would most like be around the 650 - 1000 depending on what you go for and the distance to you would be added in if your in a different area. But it would be take out old for new valleys and slate back in with old slate cut to suit."

"Without a scaffolding you will be increasing the job price due to risk of danger. 2 x 3m valleys, dependent on the contingencies (unforseen problems) I'd charge roughly around £250 per valley."
