Under-stairs toilet

I have a lot of space under my stairs which I’m currently using as storage however I have no downstairs toilet, how much would it cost to put a toilet under my stairs and how long would it take.

"Cost £1-2000 depending on where the water & waste supply/outlet is, a saniflo system can be used if there is no waste supply nearby, time 2-5 days"

"It depends on the water and sewage services. A competent tradesperson will come and assess the area and advise on the options after surveying. To quote for something without seeing is very difficult."

"Hi it can take about a week or 2. On the price depending if you need a basin toilet. Pump and tiles and so on"

"It all depends on how far the pipework for the hot and cold is. If it's an easy job then it would be cheaper. If bringing this to the toilet area is awkward then this could raise costs.
Next would be heating pipes if needed. If the area is cold then it would be recommended.
The biggest problem most conversions face is the sewage waste connections. Does it need to be from a distance and how to get it to the area. Do you need a macerator ?.
Then you may need lighting, tiling, plastering. Is there a window as an extractor fan would be required too?
Lots of little things will raise the final costs. It's could be £700 to 4k depending on the complexity and requirements of the job."

"It will cost around £2200, to fit the toilet and sink with all the plumbing that needs to be done, could be more if 110mm waste pipe and cold and hot water pipes are far away and it is hard to reach them and needs more work.
For example need to take out the floor, wall, etc."

"Between 4-6 days. Depening where is located waste outside and what is on the floor."

"That question can be answered correctly only if the assessment is taken from the property as we need to know how far your main whole is or you can have a macerator toilet 🚻
