I have run my own plumbing business for over 18 years now and have recently relocated from South Africa. I led a small team, which specialised in domestic, commercial and industrial plumbing.
My customers ranged from individual homeowners, renters, small businesses to larger businesses and building contractors.
I have the ability to train up individuals from the apprenticeship to full qualification.
I have excellent practical and problem-solving skills.
Always ensure that I have a pleasant manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.

I have a can-do attitude.
Nothing is impossible for me and I ensure that I solve every problem that is presented to me.
I enjoy everyday plumbing challenges and never give up on any job to ensure customer satisfaction.

Byron had done amazing work by turning my wet room into a proper bathroom. I gave him a vision and he definitely accomplished it. He is punctual and efficient with his time keeping. Very polite and a wonderful man. His work was very quick and neat, always cleaned up after himself. He also made sure he didn’t cause any inconvenience and was always prepared to update me and inform me with any information. I am so pleased with how the bathroom turned out and will definitely recommend him to friends and family.

From quote to completing the job Byron was 1st class . No pressure - he just wanted to know what was wanted and configured the job accordingly. The job was a complete refit for my Mother to fit a new bathroom for an elderly person. He did a superb job, no mess and was polite , friendly and kept us in the loop day 1 to the end of the job. During the job he was considerate and let us know what was going on. He completed the job 2 days ahead of schedule so a complete refit in less than 2 weeks . The job is a quality craftmanship - I can not fault what he has done - If you want your bathroom done - Byron is your man - he will do the job as you want and keep you at your ease throughout the job.
