Who fits a Toilet under stairs Extractor Fan and if it is a terraced house, how do you make the outlet to from the wall mounted fan to directly outside?

Hi you will need to run the ducting to an outside wall. This will mean running ducting surface mounted at ceiling height and then if required box in.
Not ideal but that would be the only option.

Extractor fans must always directed outside hence yes you can install one under the stairs but you will need to find a place for the outlet and/or extend the flexible ducting until it reaches the outside

Secondly, The outlet of where they extracted is going to discharge
